“Chinese guy barely speaks English, didn't know what a sound post was for a cello. Then tried to sell me a cello. I explained I needed a quote. He had to go talk to someone else. They said it would be $50 to install my soundpost into the cello! Wow, that's way too expensive. I can buy a sound post tool and do it myself for $30. So I bought one on Amazon, watched a bunch of YT videos and will do it myself.” -
